We go over the car together before you pay. Card, Apple Pay, or cash. Nothing is charged upfront.

Where we can work
- Your driveway or garage. The most common setup. A single parking space is enough room.
- Office parking lots. Book a morning slot and the car is done before you leave for the day.
- Apartment and condo garages. Most buildings say yes. We just need approval from your property manager first.

Do you need my water or electricity?
No. The van carries its own water tank and generator, so nothing gets plugged into your house and nothing runs up your water bill. If you'd rather we use your spigot, that works too.
How much space do you need?
One parking space with a little room to walk around the car. A standard driveway, a single garage bay, or a regular spot in an office lot is plenty.
How long does a full detail take?
Two to four hours, depending on the size of the vehicle and how much is going on inside it. We give you a realistic estimate when we confirm the appointment so you can plan the day.
What happens if it rains?
We text you the morning of and move the appointment to the next open slot at no charge. If you have covered parking, we can usually work right through it.
Do I need to be home?
Not the whole time. We just need access to the car and a way to reach you when we're done. Plenty of customers leave the keys and get a text with photos at the end.
How do I pay?
Card, Apple Pay, or cash, after we walk around the car together. Nothing is charged when you book.
